Knox Infolink is managed by a Board. Members are elected at a public meeting, according to the Knox Infolink Rules of Association.

The voluntary Board is drawn from volunteers within Knox Infolink and members from the community.

The Board ensures Knox Infolink works within current government legislation, and is aware of any changes to legislation that are introduced.
